Led the Lutron team through a strategy process that is collaborative and action-oriented, leaning toward trying, learning, and improving. Aided the team in creating a well articulated strategy, with clear aspirations, goals, and performance metrics, management systems to support the strategy, and repeatable processes that can be immediately integrated into business operations.
Supported implementation of the strategy leading to a 90% improvement in performance metrics.

Written report on how the proposed update to Arlington's Green Building Incentive Policy can be strengthened, considering current green building best practices and local priorities. Leveraged JA Consulting's deep climate policy expertise to analyze and recommend specific improvements to the policy, ensuring it effectively promotes leading-edge sustainable building practices.


IRA Energy Rebates Roadmap
District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment
Created a plan, timeline, staff roles and responsibilities, and an initial action plan for the District to access and implement programming for federal energy efficiency rebates funding. Led stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure relevant perspectives were incorporated and to build clarity and enthusiasm for the plan.
Affordable Housing Retrofit Accelerator
District Department of Energy and Environment
Engagement planning and program strategy in support of the nation’s first Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) program. Led partner agencies and staff to design, build, and implement the Affordable Housing Retrofit Accelerator, a federal stimulus funded program that provided energy audits and upgrades in dozens of affordable housing properties in the District.


Facility Sustainability Policy
Arlington County, Virginia
Facilitated an interagency team and stakeholders in the redesign and implementation of the County's sustainability policy for new construction and major renovations, setting Net Zero Energy Ready as the baseline for all new County buildings.
LEED for Communities Platinum Certification
Arlington County, Virginia
Led an interagency effort to apply for and achieve the first ever LEED for Communities Platinum Certification of any jurisdiction, recognizing Arlington's decades long efforts to be a sustainable community.
