Program Management Support: Implementation of systems to track progress, metrics, feedback, and reporting.

Engagement strategy: Test program with key stakeholders throughout development to uncover potential barriers, inform process improvements, and build support.

Communications: Internal and external messaging to achieve broad understanding and activate the program.

Sustainability Technology: Advance green building technology, renewable energy, waste management, and nature positive solutions in local community planning efforts, regulations, and incentive programs.

Capital Planning: Integrate sustainability into capital projects and procurement.
